Collision Clinic got my car back to looking like nothing ever happened! Hope was quick and fast in getting an estimate made and sent to insurance and made the whole process easy. They had my car done by the date they said it would be complete by. They even detailed it really well and even had it smelling like a brand new car. Great people, great service. I hit a deer on I-65 late Friday afternoon and left a message with Collision Clinic and by Tuesday afternoon Hope had not only retrieved my Edge from the towing facility but had a complete estimate for the damages, this while I was on vacation and not in Montgomery. I had an amazing experience, start to finish, with Collision Clinic. I got into an accident on Sunday and contacted Collision Clinic on Monday and spoke with Hope. She was so helpful and assured me that I was in great hands. I was kept up to date through the whole process and any questions I had, Hope made sure to answer. Since my car is newer, I was told that there could be a possible delay with parts. But thanks to Melissa, that wasn’t an issue and I got my car back a week ahead of schedule. I appreciate Hope, Melissa and the rest of the team at Collision Clinic for all that they’ve done. No one ever wants to be in an accident but if you are, these are the right people for the job!
