The dent is about 99% repaired and was located in a tricky spot. I am mostly disappointed about the residue that remains on the body, door well, all over the passenger window, plus hand prints on the interior trunk hinge. The car has been through the car wash several times, and the residue remains.

Communication can be improved. I needed to call to learn the car would not be ready by the original due date. Then when it was ready, we received a call 15 minutes before the business closed, not allowing much time to accommodate a same day pickup, which had to take place the next day.
