Rear window not working, trim not reattached correctly. I spoke with owner yesterday 7/26 and she said it they would make it right and asked me to send pics. I did, and asked her to call me back, but no response from anyone at the shop.

I wanted to drop my car off on a Friday. They are closed on Fridays in the summer. They came to the office specifically to meet me for drop off. Great service. They keep me updated with texts throughout my repair.
