My vehicle was there 2 months with 3 different completion dates. I get the vehicle back and fund that it is full of wrong parts. The only consolation is that the staff is very nice, and it seems like the actual body work and paint is satisfactory.

There are too many shops in town. Although the quality of the actual repair was good. Overall, I am pretty dissatisfied with the condition of my vehicle.

I am satisfied with the body/paint work. The attention to detail is poor. Emblems/decals were all wrong. The replacement wheel was the wrong color. I would suggest maybe taking photos of the vehicles before the work is completed. Maybe look for part numbers in the parts being replaced. At least match the finish of the old parts.

Customer service was top notch. The staff is very friendly, and seem to be accommodating. However, my completion date was pushed back 3 times, and updates could have been more honest.

I was very satisfied as usual with my experience except for the consistently moving completion date. There was continual failure to communicate that to me but the worse part was all that extra time cost me $600 extra out of pocket for rental car. This is not the usual for Collision Connection and the quality experience I have always had in the past.

The car is clean and looks beautiful. The only problem is a noise coming from the right side (damaged side), possibly from one or both wheels, like metal on metal ? I'll have to bring it back in for you to take a look.
