I will absolutely recommend Collision Connection to my family and friends. This was an easy process. You guys have an awesome location with the rental company across the street I gas station right next to you. I loved that, but what I loved even more was that the customer service was unmatched by any other collision center, the work was amazing and I didn’t have to argue with anyone about repairs. My vehicle looks exactly like it did before the rack, and I really could not have asked for a better experience.

After being in a car accident, everything can be so stressful. At Collision Connection on Brookside it was anything but stressful. Mandy was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond kept me informed of my vehicle, how long it would be, what was going on, what was being done, what they were finding, etc. When I went there to drop my car off my rental was not available. They even helped me find another rental and made sure that I was dropped off at my rental before they took my car so I was not without a vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, the work was amazing. It looks brand new. I can’t think of one thing I would even be able to complain about in the slightest and I am a pretty picky person. This car is the first brand new car I have ever purchased so it was very important to me that it look just like it did when I bought it. Collision Connection exceeded my expectations and this was one thing about my wreck that has not been stressful. They went above and beyond and even did extra research on an issue I’m having with my car since the wreck. Unfortunately, that one will have to be dealt with at the dealership and I have to get approval but I’m very appreciative for Collision Connection and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I would definitely return and recommend this place to my family and friends.

I got estimates from a few places, collision connection had me scheduled and finished faster than the others told me they could even get started. The car looks fantastic and they stayed in communication the entire process. Very impressed with the experience.

Repairs were not completed when I was told my car was ready had to take it back to your shop and it took two more days because they had to fix the head liner and put the light fixture back on and fix the truck because I couldn't open it the power wasn't connected. A still waiting on some part to have it completed that are on back order.
