The team was awesome with communicating and I loved how they detailed my car! I had a very satisfactory experience with them. However one of the parts of my car is not all the way in and the protective liner over the inside trim was not put on.

The paint looks good the hood is just not sitting center and it is lifted on one side a half inch or so and my hood latch is tight and tweaked and it wasn't before
