You put on a hood,bumper,driversdoor,drivers front quarter panel front grill but i ook it to get a brake and taillight inspection and they told me that the tire ( front drivers tire) oy had 2 lug nuts on the tire and 3 of the studs were completely stripped out which they fixed and charged me for the parts. I called to let you know and was told you never took the tire off. Which is complete bull! You had to have taken the tire off because you replaced the dust guards. You did do that. You could have hurt or killed me. Thats no joke. So im disappointed to say the least. You lied to me. You also said xmas it would be done, but no it wasn't done. Then you said by new years and again no it wasn't done. So i wasnt happy when you blew me off again, but the lug nuts being off and striped studs is a safty thing. So no i wouldnt refer anyone to you.period!

They were beyond helpful! Chawne was able to get us a replacement van that same day. This was so important because I was a nervous wreck from the accident and we had to pick up my daughter and her family the next morning from the airport. They were so professional and kept me up to date one the status of my vehicle and the repair was perfect, like it never was wrecked. Now If my neck and back were not hurting… I could forget I was hit!
