Concours Elite did an amazing job on repairing my 2010 Lexus RX350 SUV. Bob the owner and his crew do outstanding work. My car looked like it was brand new, gorgeous paint job. Theresa my estimator went out of her way to help me. She made sure my car was safe to drive so I could attend my Grand-daughters wedding the weekend after my accident. She worked with my Insurance carrier to take and make sure all the photos of the damages were up loaded to them quickly so my claim could get processed before I left for the wedding. She came in when she was sick just to make sure all was good for me to make the drive down for the wedding and nothing was going to fall off the car. I highly recommend Concours Elite!!!

The work looks fantastic, and the service in person was great. However, the work took 3 months and it was not communicated that it was going to take longer than expected or really why. The communication overall could be improved.
