Quality and pride is what I experienced. Took my truck to Concours due to a minor bumper accident. Truck was dirty as could be. Kevin got me all brand new (no second hand trailer hitch) OEM parts. When I got my truck back it looked brand new. Took it in for a bumper got it back looking brand new off the lot INSIDE and OUT! They even took off all the scuff marks as well, detailed cleaning. Who doesn’t like a brand new truck?

The entire experience, including personnel, Kevin and Bob, and employees behind the scene I didn’t interact with such as painters, etc., was a 10 in every aspect!. They couldn’t have done better! Very professional, thorough, as well as courteous, respectful, and compassionate about my situation. They are the absolute “Best”!

Theresa was amazing to work with. She coordinated with the people that hit our car diligently and went above and beyond. Also, I was so impressed that the truck was fully detailed upon picking it up, with protective mats on the floors. It might be a standard practice for them, but as a customer, it felt like a very elevated experience. Bob has a wonderful reputation in the community and I will never take any of my cars anywhere else.
