Theresa was amazing to work with. She coordinated with the people that hit our car diligently and went above and beyond. Also, I was so impressed that the truck was fully detailed upon picking it up, with protective mats on the floors. It might be a standard practice for them, but as a customer, it felt like a very elevated experience. Bob has a wonderful reputation in the community and I will never take any of my cars anywhere else.

when I first brought the car in teresa help me she was professional, thorough and explained the process to me. She was also compassionate, knowing that I had been in an accident in November and was putting in a position to buy a new car which Scott messed up only eight months later! I appreciated that very much. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and everyone I dealt with was super friendly and super professional at the same time! I’ve no body for many many years and I’m not a bit surprised that the people who work with him are the type of people they they are. Thank you, Concour Elite, my car looks amazing; just like new!

I had my car repaired at Concours Elite, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. They worked directly with my insurance company and handled everything that needed to be done, which I truly appreciated. Their communication throughout the repair process was excellent, keeping me updated by email every step of the way. I’m not always the best at checking my emails, so I especially appreciated their patience and understanding. I received my car back, and everything looks and works perfectly. I’m very grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend Concours Elite to anyone needing quality auto body repairs.
