We received a warm and friendly greeting upon entering. Someone patiently took a thorough look at the damage and did not ask questions about what had happened to cause it. We were asked to have a seat while he took a few minutes to get us an estimate of the cost. Would have liked to have known that it would take more like 20 minutes which was understandable once we received the detailed report. The whole experience, including rental car arrangements went smoothly. And though I might have been a bit talkative being unfamiliar with the experience, everyone there patiently listened, removed any concerns, and basically treated us like family. It couldn't have gone any better or been any more appreciated!

The overall experience was great. All the people were very nice and knowledgeable. The shop was very clean. The car looks amazing, not only was the damage repaired as if it never happened, but also the car was cleaned inside and out -even the tires! I would highly recommend Fix Auto.
