As my vehicle was put into your shop for a bumper repair. The exhaust bracket was bent from the accident and was overlooked while putting the new bumper on . As of the day the vehicle was released back to my wife it melted the bumper again. The technician with any common sense would have seen this issue immediately as the exhaust was 1.5 inches from the bumper you were contacted about the issue and I quote “the issue of the exhaust isn’t from a side swipe.” Neither here nor there but the fact is you fixed damages knowingly the outcome of the repair would not be resolved I would not nor will I ever recommend your services.
