The process was nice and simple. They helped me get my rental situated and continued to keep me updated through text messages throughout the process. Gerber Collison staff were all professional and informative. They kept me updated on the estimated repair amount, as well as needed adjustments. My mom's car is a 25 year old gold cadillac. I couldn't even tell where the damaged bumper area had been. Thank you Gerber Collison for an job well done.

This was my first experience hitting a racoon that caused so much damage to my Sienna. I came nervous to this place not knowing if I would meet with honest people, as I was ripped off often in the past on my past vehicles. But not those people at Gerber. They were honest, open minded people who answered my questions with ease and truth. But that's not all. I was also worried I would miss work due to extensive damages done by that darn little animal, they did their best to replace and repair the damages to perfection. They even went far to inform me one of parts was not fully fitting, and would let me know when to come back and they would swap the right fit when it comes from Toyota parts shop. I would stick with this shop for any bodywork needs. Thanks guys again!
