Car repairs are never are never a fun experience and often leave a bad taste in your mouth throughout the process. I can securely say that that is not the case here. From the beginning, Sam showed kindness and understanding of my expedited situation. He may be tough on the outside, but on the inside he has a heart of gold. He turned a very stressful situation into a seamless experience. From the start, he set realistic expectations regarding timing and shipping delays. Once the necessary parts arrived, communication was clear and consistent. My car was in and out ahead of the promised time. All of this to say, this experience was one of a kind. I highly recommend for anyone in need of quality service and repairs.

OMG!!! Sam and the Collision Plus family took care of me. I took my car in with front bumper damage on my Tesla. I told him I had Tesla insurance he looked at my car told me what I needed and gave me a repair estimate as well as Tesla insurance company within 10 minutes. (In and Out). I bought my car back the next morning and it was ready for pick up the SAME day. I picked it up and it looked like nothing ever happened!!!!! (AMAZING WORK)!!! Sam told me right from the start what he was going to do to my car and when he would have it ready!!!! No shady deals or hustling the customers! I felt comfortable with them servicing my car!!!! Other Tesla approved repair shops did not want to fix my car because I had Tesla insurance ( Don’t get this insurance) but Sam did not turn me away!!! I am so glad Collision Plus looked pass the insurance and fixed my car. I ended up paying out of pocket because Tesla insurance was challenging the price. (Don’t get Tesla Insurance). I recommend Collision Plus for all your auto repair needs!!!!!! Thank you Sam and Collision Plus for getting me back on the road again……Fast!!!!! ❤️
