I had been having problems with a dashboard light that wouldn't clear despite my filling all tires with adequate air. Your tech., JoJo cleared the light! I know that this sounds menial, but it made my day!, as well as all of my more main concerns. ALL of my damages after my car being broken into have ALL been repaired! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Not a question that Collision Pros is an excellent service provider!

The Service Manager, Joseph Gonzalez, and the front office staff were absolutely superb. They were friendly, professional, and took care of all of my questions. I was kept informed of the status of my repair all of the way through the process. There were a couple of snags caused by parts providers but they made sure that I was taken care of in terms of a rental vehicle and anything else that I needed. EXCELLENT SERVICE and I am totally satisfied with the results.

This was the best experience I’ve ever encountered from a collision. The Collision Pros team was professional, communicative, and informing. Almost daily I received an update from the team. My only advice, make this the only collision team you ever use. Front office- professional, kind, courteous. Appraisal- friendly, sincere, empathetic, professional, communicative. Oh, and I only needed to bring my rental to their shop and not have to coordinate rides etc. If 1000 stars was possible, that still wouldn’t suffice. Exceptional service and exceptional customer service!!!!!!

Best collision repair service I’ve ever experienced. Communication was almost daily, easy to get ahold of the team if I had any questions, everyone was personable, friendly and professional, the team worked hard to complete the repairs before the timeline I was provided. I will always use Collision Pros and will recommend them and the team to all friends and family.
