No one notified me when my car needed extra parts and told me it would take longer. Then no one notified me when my car was ready to pick up. Then when I picked up my car the battery was dead. Chris in collision is a clown. I won’t be using this dealership ever again. Will not recommend. I told the driver I needed to goto the Hertz on San Mateo and he tried to take me to Enterprise then when I made him take me to the correct location he was texting while driving on the highway and almost killed us! I’m super dis satisfied!

I dropped off the car on the Friday before I took a week and a half vacation and expected the car to be done when I returned, but it took a couple extra days to complete the repair. I realize that this was because AAA asked that they try reconditioned parts first, which didn’t work out and only then could they use Ford parts. The staff at Melloy was great. The delay was only a small problem that was in part out of their control.
