Dalton was very informative and we got updates on the process of our vehicles repairs. Once the repairs were done, Dalton went over each area of damaged and repairs that were done. Also explained the warranty. I will surely use discount collision if I ever need their service again. Thank you.

First thing in the moment that I go up on my car look like someone vomit on the passenger seat and that smell so bad, they take for ever to finish my car, and thats suposiing I will receive news about my car but I need call to know averything. Las one if you see the hood of tge car is not adjusted right have more separate from the left fender than the right.

I don't mind that the time was pushed back I know that can't be helped. However, I'm very disappointed that I get into my car to find the check engine light on. It was not on before and I don't understand why the mechanic would release it in this condition. I was told I needed to return and now I have to drive a sub optimal car and I have to plan a return trip and hope that everything is ready as they took so long that I couldn't even get a rental car for longer. This is very frustrating and I'm very upset to get my car back in this condition

I was initially very upset that I got my car back with a check engine light that wasn't there before. However, despite my initial frustrations JJ was very polite and did everything he could to better the situation. In the end the light went away and my car never looked better. Appreciate JJ for doing what he could and making it right.

Depends on how things play out. I like supporting local small businesses, and the staff experience was mostly good. I understand that mistakes happen. But I am looking to see how the scratched piece get taken care of!

Upon pick up and walk through, with the estimator of my vehicle, (“from the beginning,” he said) I noticed an unfinished edge and loose, seemingly unattached trim pieces. In bringing it to the attention of the “estimator” he began making “repairs” to the paint, there on the spot. Then took my vehicle into the garage to make repairs to the trim pieces, only to bring me my key 15 minutes later and say that they had scratched the trim pieces and would have to order new ones, and that someone would be in touch on Monday. As i asked questions the “estimator” became defensive and irritated, then admitted that he was not the estimator on my vehicle, and I would have to talk to someone else. I find it strange that I was called in for pick up, and in less than 5 minutes, I found two obvious oversights. I would think there would be an inspection of the vehicle, before calling the customer for pick up. Also trying to make me feel guilty for inspecting and asking questions, about my $60,000 truck , seems very unprofessional. I chose Discount on referral from, Geico and costumer reviews, compared to other shops Geico offered. I was really looking forward to giving Discount a 10. Unfortunately after my experience at pick up with the above description, I feel like a 4 is being generous! I hope we can get this taken care of easily, so I don’t have to take my experience to Geico and to customer reviews experiences on line.

I was so grateful Discount Collision got my Jeep into the shop in such a quick manner & had all repairs done before the end of the week. Other local shops wouldn’t even entertain seeing my car for another 1-2 weeks, so having them be so willing to take my car in at such short notice was a massive relief. Joseph was also wonderful to work with. He was communicative, professional, & had a positive attitude throughout the entire experience that made me feel like myself & my car were being looked after by folks who really cared. I plan to recommend this shop to anyone in my life who needs repairs done & will continue coming here in the future if the need ever arises. Thank you for such a great experience.
