I was calling the places the my insurance did business with and like anything else, the first thing that matters is how the people answer the phone and how the conversation goes. The ladies were always sweet and the one girl who answered all my questions was what sold me. I called other places and those phones calls were rude. Also James was always updating me on my Jeep.
