This is the best group of people I've worked with locally! I could not have asked for a better team to work on my car. They graciously took me on after I had gone somewhere else and those people had left me in a position where I was worse than I was after my accident. The team at Collision Pros, listened carefully to all of my concerns, and went above and beyond to ease my mind. They figured out the main problem in less than 24 hours, and fixed my car in record time, and returned it to me earlierthan expected. Communication was awesome and updates were given regularly and consistently. They returned my car to me better condition than I expected. Everyone I had contact with was very kind and a pleasure to be around. JoJo was amazing, he cared fir me like my sons do, and I appreciate that, a lot. Andrea Gonzales is the owner and handled the business with your company. Anthony is my husband. JoJo was extremely helpful and communicated any updates. We are waiting to receive a part from Subaru and he will also ensure that my door locks are working with my remote. He is very responsive thorough andthoughtful. It was much appreciated that the outside of my vehicle was washed. I am hoping to have the completed process done next week so far everything has been pretty smooth compared to any other services I’ve had with other companies. I have no complaints. Thank you Jo Jo!
