I brought the truck in for an estimate, was quoted a price, then the shop foreman came out and looked at it, he said it would need a little more work than was quoted, I had them do it and it came out great, very satisfied that I had them do it, great crew there !

The door makes noise after the repair was completed and given back to me. Then I a as told to come back after the shop orders a part that they forgot to install and still have not heard from the shop. Entirely disappointed

Collision pros took really good care of my truck. My truck took longer to get back to me due to back ordered parts, but, my agent Joy, kept me in the loop the whole time and really worked all the angles, to get me OEM parts and, to get my truck back to me as soon as possible. When I pulled up and saw my beautiful truck sitting there all shiny, it literally brought tears to my eyes. They did a great job and, I would highly recommend collision pros for your vehicle repairs.

10/10 customer service!! After waiting months at a competetor, Joy and Soto got me right in! The entire process was easy breezy 🙌🏼 I appreciated the communication every step of the way about convos with my insurance, I felt a warm welcome when in the shop and the family environment made me at ease leaving my vehicle! To all the team, the office staff you were all wonderful and got my car estimate, work done and car washed with keys in my hand before my appointment for a "look see" at another shop. Thank you to Soto for going above and beyond picking me up out of town to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon! Aside from that, my car is looking brand new, work is fast, professional and this shop pays a lot of attention to detail! 100% recommend! Pricing, as it was an insurance claim was still very reasonable for all the work they had to do! Due to an unfortunate aviaary accident, there was much damage but now I have a beautiful brand new front end! (Not to mention a sweet treat)
