Progressive insurance company slowed down the whole process. It took 7 weeks for me to get the car back. And now there’s something wrong with the battery. The insurance also wanted me to pay extra for parts they did not approve but Collision Solution is good people and they only charged me my deductible.

I returned to Collision Solution for the second time because I was so happy with my first experience. They are a pleasure to work with and do excellent work. Unfortunately I now have difficulty getting my car started which I think is the battery. They kindly agreed to have their technician take a look at it. As of yet, I’ve not been able to start my car to get it in but I will update my review when I resolve the issue.

I would definitely recommend Collision Solutions! Communication was excellent, I was notified about when I could expect to get my car back by text. It was ready a day before they thought it would be. Ray has been in the business a long time and gave me advice which I appreciated.
