Liz does a great job communicating with clients. Between Liz and Ray I spent less than 30 minutes getting an estimate and scheduling my car for service. They arranged a ride to take me home after I dropped off my car, and they arranged for their team to drop my car off T my house when the work was completed. The car looks like new. I wish all companies performed at the level of Collision Solutions and its staff.

Wonderful work overall. A row of old stickers was left on a used piece of glass however.

Overall very good. Did not always receive regular updates as promised. In one case, we received a text update on 12/25 that the car would be done on 12/28. The next text update we received was not until 1/5 and it said the completion date was 1/12. When connecting to the office live, they were great though.
