For the most part the shop did a great job. However I did notice a small ding remaining after the repair

For the most part it was good. The administrator working at the front desk was a little abrupt. I was pretty sure the insurance company had remitted a payment to me that I needed to pass through to the shop, she was insistent that the insurance company had already paid it, and a week later she came to me saying I owed the balance. In her first message letting me know she threatened to refer my invoice to collections if I didn’t promptly pay which seemed very excessive for first notice. Everyone else at the shop was good.
