Work quality was as expected for the insurance repair and better than expected for the bumper replacement. Price for out of pocket work was less than expected. You remain my go-to repair shop.

There is a big run in the paint or something on the drivers front door and the wrong fender was put on the front

Went in and talked to the boss on August 17 about the wrong fender flare being put on my jeep and a big run in the paint on the driver front door. He promised me he would make it right and order the right fender flare and get installed and also fix the big run in the paint. It’s been 3 weeks now and nothing has been fixed yet.

Thank you so much I hadn't even had my car for 24 hours when it got hit in a parking lot I was totally devastated and thought so much for a new car When I picked my car up from the body shop I had a tear in my eye and said my new car is back :). Thank you so much for doing an amazing job.

Monday drop off was a little crazy But pick up on Friday was so much easier
