The quality of repair was great. Minor issue with a fender molding by an aftermarket supplier. Issue resolved promptly.

Would have liked it to be cleaned. Everything was as it was after the accident all over the floor. Head light did not work on low beam on the new light installed. But I’ll get a bulb at auto zone rather than drive to Ripley from Hurricane for a bulb. Thank you for repairing my vehicle 🚗 I sure am glad they didn’t total it. It looks great again. Bulb in headlight did not work after I picked it up. I called the shop about it.

Took a little longer than originally expected. Didn’t get updates until I called Liberty. Then was told I could call anytime at the shop. The new headlight low beam bulb did not work. So I guess they didn’t recheck after installing. I thought it might have been nice to vacuum the car out before I picked it up and maybe put all the items that flew around in the car in a box in the back. It looked like it did at the wreck site before the tow was done.

I always take my vehicles to Collision Specialist. They do an absolutely amazing job. They take great pride in their work and customers. The lady at the front desk is always very helpful and has excellent customer service. Employee's always make sure the customer is treated with respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Though I had to take my car back to get a shield on the bottom fixed after I had picked my car up a few days before, they replaced the shield in a couple days and had my car back to me.
