you did a fine job on the body work without a doubt. It looks like a new truck from the outside and it looks like a very clean truck on the inside. I was not expecting it to be detailed. You guys even detailed my vanity license plate in the front of the pickup that says “papaw!” Thank you for such devotion to detail!

My car was repaired properly as far as my bumper/grill, but my hood has many rock spots that I was told by the man who did my estimate would be repaired. Needless to say my hood was spot painted and still looks bad. I also was charged $200 over the estimate, and I'm still not sure why?Insurance covered it, but was not the price given. I also found dropping my vehicle off was difficult. I did everything I could on my end and it was a process.

Kelly comes across quite blunt, and made me feel as though I had done something wrong. I turned your quote into Erie Insurance and the adjustor contacted me to go over the claim. A check was deposited in my account. I was told by Kelly this is not how it works. I felt scolded. Not sure what I was supposed to do differently?

Truck came back perfect and way cleaner than what I dropped it off at. Not a 10 because of communication. I had to call them to find out why it was taking so long, legitimate reason, but would have had no idea if I didn’t initiate the communication. Other than that extremely please with the work done and with the tech filling me in after the inquiry.
