Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis and we offer a lifetime warranty. Shop did great but liberty mutual should not have charged me 2 separate $1000 deductibles Should have only been 1 for 1 single storm /tree event. Nice little ancillary rip off from an insurance company.

It took a few days longer than expected and I didn't get a call letting me know about the delay. Also, they didn't put anything protective on the floor mats. There was just limestone dust but it took down the level of professionalism just a tick. But, the work was well done and the employees were courteous.

We did not have a single issue or hiccup during this process. We have had very poor experiences in the past with other shops so we had low expectations. Collision tech was wonderful from start to finish.

Collision Tech did a fantastic job. Quick service, only a 10 day turnaround from dropping it off to picking it up and they went above and beyond expected service. They even touched up door dings with touch up paint on the opposite side from the damage. All washed and cleaned up, even used Armor All on the interior dash ‘n such. We are totally satisfied with their work and will recommend them to friends.
