Living in NYC part time, I wasn’t expecting the professional and outstanding service I received. There are several collision shops where I live in Killington, but my neighbor insisted I bring my car to Collision Works, 50 minutes away. After seeing the amazing job they did, I understand why they had me choose them. The body damage was not only meticulously repaired, my car was detailed inside and out. Chris kept me up to date on the repair, and it was completed ahead of schedule. Well done. And thank you. Hopefully, I won’t sustain any more body damage, but if I do, off to Collision Works!

I was reluctant to bring my car to Collision Works because they were too far from my home, as there are several shops close by. After dealing with them, if they were located in a different time zone , I would still bring my car to them. Just from looking at their facility, and seeing how clean and organized it was, I knew bringing it to them was the correct decision. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company , kept me up to date on the repair, and even finished it ahead of schedule. Not only did they restore my vehicle to showroom status, they meticulously detailed my car, inside and outside, cleaning out mud and sand from a brutal winter. Chris couldn’t have been more helpful during the repair process. I hope I never need the services of Collision Works again, but if I do, they are now my first and only choice. Well done, team!

The team at Collision Works did a FANTASTIC JOB on my vehicle repair. Chris was an expert at his initial assessment, which was confirmed to be accurate with the final estimate. They handled all the insurance stuff smoothly and without any hassle to me. And the car was returned to me good as new, truly, and so clean everywhere - in the middle of winter. Thanks to the whole team for fixing me up so smoothly, responsively, and perfectly.

Eric was extremely responsive and accommodating. . They got my car in quickly, set up the rental car for me, and even took it to a nearby charging station because the cold was depleting the battery. They also arranged for it to be detailed before I picked it up! Amazing service!
