Poor communication. Use a program that sends a " done by" date that is consistently off instead of personal communication.non responsive when I had an issue with my repair until I pursued it more. Will not return.

If I was informed that this mechanic shop was unable to repair my car fully, I would not have chosen this shop

My wheel wasn’t even fully repaired and instead of telling insurance, and me before I picked it up, they just sent it out without saying anything to me about how they were incapable of fixing my wheel. They also somehow forgot to replace clips so when I left, my bumper was not connected, and it was flapping in the wind.
