Unfortunately, upon receiving the car, I noticed several issues that suggest the repairs were not completed to the expected standard. Specifically: The plastic molding on the hatchback was damaged. The exhaust system is noticeably louder than when we brought the car in, despite the majority of it being replaced. At highway speeds, there is a rattling noise that was not present before. The area that sustained damage (particularly the metal subframe) appears to still be folded and was not properly repaired. There are also loose plastic components near the exhaust. I understand that oversights can happen, and I appreciate your willingness to take another look at the vehicle now that it has been returned. I trust that these concerns will be addressed thoroughly, and I look forward to seeing the necessary corrections made.
