I arrived upset and unnerved and wondering what i was going to do a week before christmas without a car and dan fixed up my car so i could drive it away and the lovely knitting woman with the beautiful wall climbing plant soothed me by talking about knitting. and all of the business stuff was fabulous too -- paperwork clear and ready to go, arranging for the rental car, all superb!
