Not once did anyone reach out to update me. I had to call even when they told me the car would be ready on a certain day and it wasn't. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me it wasn't ready and when it would be. One time they told me to ignore the automated messages and then another time when I called to ask for an update they said "don't you get the automated messages?"
