Left the lot and had to drive to auto parts store to put coolant in the radiator and reservoir. Took two months to get car back and the only communication I received from Collision Works during this time was the call that the vehicle was ready even though they promised to give me weekly updates after I dropped by to get an update. They pushed the completion date back 8 times! They have nearly a 5 star review but that was far from my experience. Won't recommend, will encourage State Farm to drop them as a preferred shop.

The repair process could not have been easier. We met the GEICO adjuster at Collision Works and had everything handled in one place from rental car to repair. We received texts throughout the process with updates about the car and it completed on time at the promised price. It looks like new and we couldn’t be happier… unless the accident never happened to begin with! Thanks Collision Works!
