Attention to detail, my car was cleaned and ready for me, prices were fair, and my car was finished within a day or 2 of anticipated date. Delay was only caused by arrival of the ordered bumper which was not the shop's fault.

Great full they took my car for repair since Geico did not show repair only estimate and they took my car the same day I got it back from transmission repair. I had to call in for updates was told July 2 but it was ready June 30. When I picked it up the receptionist had me sign something and gave me keys and paperwork. No one came out to review the work. When I opened the trunk I saw the crack and a plastic part in trunk that belonged on top inside trunk I asked for someone to come out at which point I was told that the crack was dried glue separated and touch up paint will fix it. The extra part was popped back where it belongs but when I complained about the dust he did nothing. I will be bringing the car back if I see that the crack area leaks into the car body.

They took me in quickly and were very gracious and polite. The reason for the 8 is had difficult time with communication...they were not great at returning phone calls or being clear on timing of service

Our hood was not aligned correctly, but after talking with someone there they were very polite and more then willing to have me bring it back and pay for a rental while it is fixed! So after that phone call we are very confident that they will fix it for us!
