Collision Worx of McAllen was great to work with! They communicated with me every day concerning my car and the progress. They finished sooner than they estimated and all for the estimated amount! No surprises! It was such a pleasant experience! I will recommend them to anyone that needs body work! They also worked very well with my insurance company!!

Front bumper is still not aligned has a gap on the passenger side fender and bumper rear bumper was not put right still has missing parts that need repair.. and black plastics on the fender are missing parts

The folks at collision works were very transparent throughout the whole process and gave me peace of mind when I left my vehicle there. When I went to go pick it up I was even surprised to a clean and detailed vehicle which left it looking like new! Teh receptionists there were also very friendly and helpful.

I had damage to both my window and headlight area and they were very prompt in fixing my truck. I highly recommend this place. They even washed my dirty truck without me asking, which was excellent service.
