I had a wonderful experience! The staff were so friendly, and the whole process was quick and seamless. From arranging my rental car to picking up me and my kids. Being able to drop off the rental at Caliber and leave in my own car was an added bonus. My car looks like new. Thanks for the great service!

Customer service was very good. Maribel was very friendly and helpful. Lupe kept me informed the entire process of when he started to work, the parts ordered, any delays, updated on expected completion date, when taken to paint shop. He called day before delivery to inform me that vehicle would be ready day he stated. Reason for delay was final part delivered late in day and promised would be ready for pick up following day due to part and calibration needed to be done. He called me when vehicle was ready. At pick up instructed me that no car washing for the weeks due to fresh paint and gave me paperwork for warranty on the work. Could not have been more informative of stages my vehicle was at during this almost 2 weeks.

unlikely..could not believe they could not find a small, simple part..we tried to stay patient but was difficult..will not recommend this place in future

repair quality decent..do not know if that is an actual "Lincoln " door..the only reason they got the small runner window part was because I personally had a hand in finding part..It was incredulous Caliber could NOT secure the part from the Lincoln/Ford manufacturer..last part held up ENTIRE PROCESS..NO HELP FOR a rental car during duration as well.
