Dave and his crew did a great job. They were very friendly and easy to work with. They worked closely with Travelers Insurance. There was an increase on the original estimate , because of previous work. They were upfront with all the details. If I need work done in the future, Dave will be my first call. Scott and Cindy

Initial repair was unacceptable Paint was a horrible job one decal was crooked the others had gaps where they were not attached .

The repair looks great and driving back to San Jose, there were no squeaks or rattles. So I have to say well done. One suggestion: provide an update on the repair from time to time. A cellphone picture of the progress would go a long way towards documenting your good work and reducing any worries on the behalf of the owner.

I am writing to highly recommend Collision Doc. I truly believe it is one of the best businesses in town. Rich was extremely caring and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained the necessary repairs for my car in great detail and offered me a very competitive rate. I knew my vehicle was in good hands, and the work was completed in just a few days. I was incredibly impressed when I picked up my car. The paint job was spectacular and matches the factory standard perfectly; my car looks brand new. Abel is clearly a master painter. Additionally, they went above and beyond by vacuuming the interior and washing the exterior of the car. I am so pleased with the quality of work that I will be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend Collision Doc to anyone in need of automotive paint job.

Our jumper turned out great! Your front office staff was very communicative, flexible and exceptional customer service. I also really appreciated that you washed and vacuumed our car before we picked it up! It was such a nice surprise. Our Hyundai was at the dealership for 2 weeks and they didn't wash it. Thank you so much for the extra time it took to do that!
