This is the second time I’ve brought my car to colonial for a deer hit, every staff person I interacted with was kind and professional. They had my car done earlier than I expected and they did a great job. They worked with my insurance company and made everything easy for me.

The customer service was good however I would have liked updates- as I got a call the day the repair was finished and was to come get the car. I couldnt drop everything to come that day but the insurance would stop paying for my rental. Thankful- the car wouldnt program and wasnt done so I could prepare when to come get it. It would be helpful if a call would be made 24-48 hours in advance saying the car was projected to be done a certain date so repairs could be done
