From my experience, Colonial kept my interests as a customer intact throughout the entire repair process. I established litmus points on my car to ensure no corners were cut, and none were. The car looks great but the trunk reeks of cigarettes. We are not smokers and that made it very noticeable. Otherwise we'd be very pleased.
