We were told that it would take a week to repair our car. We dropped the car off Sunday evening and had not heard anything late Friday afternoon so called Colonial To be informed the car would not be ready. It would have been nice and I feel appropriate for them to call me and tell me that the car wouldn't be done. It was very stressful to get a car rented last minute for the weekend. On Monday again I had to call to see if the car would be done as I had been told on Friday it would probably be ready Monday. No it might be ready Tuesday so added stress and cost as I had to extend the rental. Same story on Tuesday when no one called me and when I called the car still would not be ready until Wed now so another extension on the rental. The car was finished on Wednesday now 10 days we had been without a vehicle when we thought it would be 5 days and a total lack of communication to us about what was going on during the time our car was in the shop.

Work that was done was very good but all the black trim now has streaks that do not want to disappear.
