Got car back the Passenger side both wheels were not tightened 3 lights on front wheel and 2 on the rear was not on they were loose and car made a ticking sound when in drive moving forward. Husband had to secure and tighten them or I would’ve lost the lugnuts along wheel coming off . Glad it had a special key lock to hold wheel. Please advise Garage to double check when replacing or repairing a wheel brakes or tires.

There were communication issues. Car was not repaired back to original condition prior to the accident. Still seeing buffering issues. Start/ stop not working. It did prior to accident, now being told have to go to the dealership to correct. Not disclosed to me until I called.

They were nice, but seems there was too long of a delay between initial estimate and actual estimate. Initial estimate was pretty off the actual.
