They can improve on the paint work on luxury cars

nitially, Dom was very friendly and super upbeat. After almost 3 weeks of fixing the car, I asked a few questions. He was not happy about that. I told them that it would be difficult for me to pick up the car because of a recent injury and he reluctantly offered for a staff members to curtiously drive 1.5 hrs to my location so a family member can inspect the work. I asked for a time so my working family member can request for those hours from their work to see the car, but he would not even give me an ETA. I informed him that it would be difficult without an ETA. He became upset, hanged up on me. When I called back, his coworker answered send said they now decline the courtesy of bring the car to me. It was sad. I requested to speak to any management/owners so I can plead my case but they declined. There was no accountability. The hassle was not worth it and I'll not be returning to this collision company or recommending it to fellow insured members.
