I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop. Fred was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step from start to finish. He even went above and beyond by transferring my rental car reservation to a location closer to the shop, which made getting to and from the rental office much easier and far less stressful. The communication was excellent, the repairs were completed professionally, and my vehicle looks amazing. After a tree fell on my car, this experience could have been overwhelming, but Fred's exceptional customer service made the entire process smooth and worry-free. I truly appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of quality repairs and outstanding customer service.
