The staff was friendly. My repair took longer than expected and my van came back with a white powder all over the divider and lots of metal shaving left all in the back.

Work done in time quoted but we were denied knowing what additional work was done and that made claim thousands higher, than initial quote. For barely a fender bender I do not see any reason for $13,000 in damage. Seems to have been extremely excessive because insurance was paying for it, we just had a $500 deductible. Not forthcoming and I had to ask for printout when paying so we knew what was done for future reference. Will be using somewhere else if any future accidents!
