Has a scuff on my bumper that was repainted. When they too the panel off they broke push clips and on reinstall they used the same clips they broke with a combo of generic that were the same fit. The ones that were totally broken they threw in the bed of my truck. Also once I filled up a day or two later I realized the gas cap was missing. My truck is garage kept. No likely to recommend this auto body shop. Paint looked fine on bumper panel.

High-Quality Repairs and Great Customer Care! I had a great experience with Columbia Auto Body. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of the work was excellent—my car looked as good as new when I picked it up. They paid close attention to detail and clearly take pride in their work. The repairs were even completed ahead of the original timeline, which was a huge plus. What really stood out was that they went above and beyond by detailing my car before returning it. I have a dog that sheds a lot, and there was so much hair I could never fully get out—but they managed to make it look incredibly clean. Communication throughout the repair process was great, and I always felt informed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repairs.

The folks down at Columbia made some body work to my car painless and worked with my insurance so I didn’t really have to lift a finger. I did have a faulty headlight bulb issue but they were so helpful and quick to take care of that, and they replaced my cracked rims that insurance didnt pay for - incredibly kind, thank you so much! Would definitely use them again for body work.

They broke my windshield and poorly replaced it without telling me and trying to deny it when I called them out on it. They cracked the replacement windshield when installing it as they didn’t line it up right and it was leaking in 2 spots. Furthermore, they left me with no gas on pickup, they scratched the paint in a few places when the covered it for painting and they gouged my dash. When I complained they said they would give me a gas gift card, financially compensate me for the dash, repair the scratches and give me a loaner car for the 3 days they would need to do it. They said they would call me Friday to schedule it for the following week then I never heard from them again and it’s been over 2 weeks! I will never use them again! Such a horrible experience that ended up costing me a fortune!
