The app did not provide any updates after the initial notice. It would have been great to know that the car was being worked on and estimated completion. The work was great but the lack of status update is the reason why it wasn’t a 10.

Not my first trip to Spark st. Auto body. A few years ago I went to them the first time. I was very pleased. When I needed body work this year they were the people I thought of. Service is great and communication is terrific. I would recommend them to anyone.
