I have experienced my car getting fixed at other shops but never like this Columbia body shop is one of the best auto body shop around from start to finish they informed me of the repair there staff is very friendly and informed in the past year I have bring 3 cars to Columbia my wife,my son and my self car has been repaired at this shop and they did a great job most of all I would like to say great job and thanks for treating me and my family like a human thanks again Columbia.

Columbia Auto did such a great job on the body work of my RAV4 . They even fixed an area that wasn’t part of the claim free. After the repairs, the car had been washed, including all the windows—it looked like new. But then I got inside my car and saw that the inside had been detailed!! Not only did the outside of my car look new, the inside looked and smelled like a brand new car! I wasn’t even considering that this might be done—what a great surprise! Columbia offers service that is over and above the standard practice of most body shops. I have only left two reviews for exceptional service in my life. This is now my third. I cannot recommend this company enough.
