Left me completely empty gas on pickup, had 1/4 tank on drop off and scratched my dash up in a couple places. Love that they vacuumed it for me tho!

They broke my windshield and poorly replaced it without telling me and trying to deny it when I called them out on it. They cracked the replacement windshield when installing it as they didn’t line it up right and it was leaking in 2 spots. Furthermore, they left me with no gas on pickup, they scratched the paint in a few places when the covered it for painting and they gouged my dash. When I complained they said they would give me a gas gift card, financially compensate me for the dash, repair the scratches and give me a loaner car for the 3 days they would need to do it. They said they would call me Friday to schedule it for the following week then I never heard from them again and it’s been over 2 weeks! I will never use them again! Such a horrible experience that ended up costing me a fortune!

Columbia auto body did an exceptional job on my car! The best! And Fernando, the general manager, was so very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had! So great to work with! I highly recommend him and his company!!

Body repair excelllet. Repairs took a little longer due to OEM parts not quickly available. Constant updates and info on the schedule. When completed, vehicle detailed. When picked up, vehicle appeared if it had just come the dealership. I cannot recommen Columbia more enfactically. All body repair shops are not the same. Columbia is at the top. Thank you.
