I dropped my car off for a rear bumper fix on Dec26th and it wasn’t ready until the 22nd of January with an estimated 15 hours of work being done. I know that a few of the days were miscommunications with separate vendors, it was a really long time to be without my truck. That being said, the Customer Service (Jen and Fernando) were exceptional, and the work done was top notch.
