My experience with Columbia Autobody was great experience from appraisal to finish. Everything explained, reception is friendly and caring. Appraisal was explained and the updates on process via texts was great. When picking up my vehicle looked brand new detailed inside and out. No visible signs of being T-boned. Manager came out and we looked it over and he explained everything done. I recieved quality care and treated like a VIP. Thank you Columbia Autobody

front end damage was repaired beautifully and the car detailed nicely, but there is a new dent in the hatchback that must have happened when the car was in your custody
