The Rental Company assigned to provide me with the car failed, but your staff helped me find another source, which was very helpful. It was our worst experience ever. Mandate of cash payment for a customer that trusts your shop for repair for ten years. It is at best shameful. If trust between customer can not be established. Doing business is no longer possible. As the promised we made with your accounting A/R that we will no longer conduct any Business with your shop period. Accounting A/R should not be permitted to engage with customers even if she is part owner.
