I highly recommend this shop. They are fast sufficient and super accommodating. I didn’t have rental car insurance on my policy and they were kind enough to loan me one of the loaner cars they have on their lot. Repairs were completed in a reasonable time and my car looked all brand new!

I brought the car in for hail damage repair on 9/22 and it turned out beautiful. They also detailed the inside of the vehicle which I didn’t expect but was happy to see. The only thing that was a little frustrating was a delay in receiving a part that delayed me getting the car back. At first I was told it would be ready by either Friday 10/3 or Monday 10/6. It wasn’t ready on Friday so I assumed Monday would be the day. However, I got a call saying the part had come but it was for the wrong side of the car. They were going to have the right part overnighted and it would be ready Tuesday. But I was told the order was placed too late to be overnighted and it didn’t come Tuesday. Then it didn’t come Wednesday and I was told it would be there for sure on Thursday. It did come in Thursday and I know it was not the fault of anyone at the shop, but it was very frustrating that it took so long. Kristen was in touch with me each day and kept me updated which I really appreciated. She was very pleasant to work with and very professional. She is an asset to your team. We were in a bit of a rush because our son was getting married and we needed to have the car back by Thursday otherwise we would have had a problem getting back there to pick it up before the weekend. I was grateful they were able to get it back to me by 2 on Thursday so we could take care of all our wedding preparations. I also very much appreciated that Kristen let us know that we could leave our rental car there and enterprise would pick it up from there. Overall, a very good experience with the minor frustration of having to wait for a part. The dent removal looked perfect. Thank you!
